Pilates was developed by PGA Teaching Professional Rick Nielsen. After
taking pilates classes to improve a back injury, Rick noticed a marked
improvement in his drives and iron shots. He became a Certified Pilates
Instructor in 2007 after training at Core Pilates NYC, the premiere
pilates instruction studio in the country. He is the only PGA professional in the country who is also a certified pilates instructor.
His knowledge of both disciplines is invaluable in delivering the
